B N P S and Associates LLP is a Chartered Accountancy firm forged through the strategic merger of five well-established firms — Bohara Bhandari & Bung Associates LLP, Naresh J. Patel & Co., Divyang Shah & Associates, S S Bhansali & Co., and B M Vasoya & Associates — each bringing decades of domain expertise and a shared commitment to professional excellence.
With one of the founding firms established in 1974, the merged entity draws from over 250 years of cumulative professional experience. Today, BNPS operates with a team of 14 partners and over 100 professionals, delivering specialized services across Audit & Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, IND AS/IFRS Advisory, RERA, Transfer Pricing and more. Our geographic footprint includes offices in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Raichur, and Rajkot.
The firm is empanelled with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for conducting bank audits and with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) for audits of public sector undertakings, reinforcing its credibility and trustworthiness in handling high-stake assignments. Additionally, BNPS is a Peer Reviewed Firm as per ICAI norms, meeting the eligibility criteria to audit listed companies and other public interest entities.
